JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.38 of 2007 on the file of the Additional District Sessions Court, Fast Track Court No.1, Poonamallee dated 23.01.2009 is against the judgment and decree dated 14.06.2005 made in O.S.No.268 of 1996 on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee. 2/4

2. The learned counsel for the appellant is not present. By an order dated 12.06.2025, the Appeal was dismissed as against R2 to R4, 6, 8 to 11,13,17,21,26 to 28, 14 and 20. The matter is again listed today under the caption "for dismissal". The learned counsel for the appellant is not present and the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal any further.

3. In view of the same, this Second Appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
