The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2012 for issuance of sub-division patta.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, placing on record a proceeding dated 05.09.2019, would submit that as the Original Suit in O.S. No.104 of 2012 was pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Gingee, the respondents are unable to consider the representation dated 07.05.2012 for issuance of sub-division patta. 3.In reply, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now the said O.S. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to the effect that the Original Suit in O.S. No.104 of 2012 has been disposed of, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 07.05.2012 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
