ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In the writ petition, notice was issued on 19.01.2019. The Court specifically refused to pass interim order.
2. The petition is filed in the nature of public interest assailing Rules 6.1, 14.2, 14.3 and 14.5 of the Regulation, 2017.
3. As none appears for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There will be no order as to costs.
