Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant sub-division patta in respect of the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos.261, 268/1, 267/1 and 263/1 of Jadayampalayam Village, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District, on the basis of online applications made on 27.07.2020, 06.12.2021 and 15.12.2021, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the the respondents herein to grant sub-division patta in respect of the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos.261, 268/1, 267/1 and 263/1, situated at Jadayampalayam Village, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District, on the basis of online applications made on 27.07.2020, 06.12.2021 and 15.12.2021, within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's online applications dated 27.07.2020, 06.12.2021 and 15.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
