C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report within stipulated period in Crime Nos. 190 of 2012 & 458 of 2012 respectively registered for the offences under Sections 457, 511 of IPC & under Sections 457, 380 of IPC., respectively.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused in this case and hence prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
