Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to fully relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court while granting relaxation in Crl.MP.No.8327 of 2020 in Crl.OP.16527/2020 vide order dated 18.12.2020 and pass such other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NIRMAL ADITYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8327 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16527 of 2020, dated 18.12.2020.

condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8327 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16527 of 2020, dated 18.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
