Crl.O.P.No.1668 of 2024 Crl.O.P.No.1668 of 2024 and Crl.M.P.No.3241 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J, It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even when anticipatory petition is pending, the petitioner had been taken into custody. There was no interim protection granted from arrest. Since the petitioner had already been taken into custody, this petition seeking anticipatory bail no longer survives and the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
