Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3969 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.412 of 2017 dated 14-3-2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.V.SAIRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.AYYAPPARAJ, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this court by an order dated 14.03.2017 in Crl.MP.Nos.3879 & 3969 of 2017 in Crl.RC.No.412 of 2017.
2. By the said order dated 14.03.2017, this Court imposed the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the lower Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the said direction, the petitioner has been complying with the said condition and he has been appearing before the lower Court till this month without fail.
4. Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submits that the petitioner has complied with the said condition without any break.

5. Considering the said aspect that the petitioner since had complied with the condition imposed by this Court scrupulously, for all these months, this Court is of the view that the said condition imposed on the petitioner can be relaxed at this juncture.
6. Accordingly, the condition that, the petitioner shall appear before the lower Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders as imposed by the order dated 14.08.2017, is hereby relaxed.
