ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.457 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Chengalpet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that already trial has began and so far, the prosecution had examined 8 witnesses.

3. Therefore, at this stage, the quash petition cannot be entertained and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
