O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the private complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, on the ground that the petitioner is not a Director to take care of the day-to-day affairs of the Company.

2. This Court after hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, when about to dismiss the present Criminal Original Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the complaint with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court.

3. With the abovesaid liberty, the present Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
