This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records in Proc.No.E1(3)/08970/2012 dated 21.05.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that in view of the order passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1369 of 2012 dated 05.09.2014, the writ petitioner has been promoted and nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Mrs.R.T.Shyamala, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has submitted that the writ petition may be closed on the basis of the representation made by the learned counsel for the respondents.
