Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.P.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 10.06.2019, made in Crl.O.P.No.14567 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Further the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten Thousand only) to the credit of Children Home for Boys under Surabhi Trust, 22/10, 1st Street, Kumarasamy Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai - 600049, (A/c.No.0918101041798, IFSC No.CNRB0000918), within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
