J U D G M E N T
A joint memo of compromise is filed by both the parties in the present appeal. All the parties to the compromise memo are present before this Court and they accept the terms of compromise in the memo and the compromise memo is hereby recorded.
2. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is disposed of as per the terms of the compromise recorded. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The compromise memo and plan shall form part of the decree in the present appeal.
