Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to take action on the petitioners' representation dated 05.12.2012 and withdraw Mr.Cyril Mathias Vincent from appearing in the writ petition W.P.No.27099 of 2012 and pass such other or further orders as this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Mr.C.A.Diwakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in this Writ petition.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is for the action to be taken on its representation dated 05.12.2012 to the effect that one Mr.Cyril Mathias Vincent should be estopped from appearing in Writ Petition No.27099 of 2012 for the Union Territory of Puducherry.

3. In light of the admitted position that the said individual does not hold the post of representing the Union Territory of Puducherry with effect from 2015, the petitioner does not pursue this prayer any further.
