O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, to issue a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the impugned order by the 3rd respondent in the proceedings in Ma.Aa.8 VT Na.Ka.No.R4/2121/2011 dated 28.06.2011 and quash the same.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that that he is

running a small chicken stall in the name and style of ''Anburaj Chicken Stall'' at No.4, Kamaraj Street, Teynampet, Chennai 600 018 after obtaining due licence from the Corporation of Chennai. While so, the Health Department of Corporation of Chennai has issued a notice dated 11.02.2011 to comply with certain requirements on the reverse of the notice and the same has also been complied with further application for renewal.

3. The petitioner has also made a representation dated 17.06.2011 to the 2nd respondent stating the reasons for not carrying out the compliance, fulfilling the requirements. At this juncture, the 3rd respondent by his proceedings dated 28.06.2011 has cancelled the license for running the business without considering the representation made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has came forward to file this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the license is renewed upto March 2020 and therefore nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter and prays for disposal.

5. In view of the above, nothing remains in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
