This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.24320 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.24320 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
