(CR.NO.313/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition i.e., the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am until further orders which was imposed by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 29.11.2021 in Crl.OP.22624/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.R.THIRUNEELAKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22624 of 2021 dated 29.11.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation for the past two months and charge sheet has been filed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed. -sd/- 11/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
