Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP.No.7812/2020 in Crl OP.No.17109/2020 dated 16.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.KALAIARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.7812 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17109 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.7812 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17109 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
