Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Town Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.7593 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.485 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 before this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) While granting suspension of sentence and bail on 21.12.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.7593 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.485 of 2020, this Court had directed the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before the Town Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, for relaxing which, this criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed.

Heard Mr.C.Ramkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Prabhakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the aforesaid condition since 29.12.2020.

In view of the above, the aforesaid condition is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Cuddalore, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court. -sd/- 11/02/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
