This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I at Hosur, Krishnagiri District to dispose of the C.C.No.07 of 2017 within a stipulated period in accordance with law.

2.The petitioner is the complainant filed a private complaint against the respondent for offence under Section 420, 323 and 506(i) IPC and sworn statement of the petitioner was taken on 02.01.2017. Thereafter the petition was taken on file. PW1 was examined on 07.11.2017, the accused failed to cross examine the petitioner and thereafter the case has been periodically adjourned and the accused has protracting the trial for one reason or other. The trial Court cannot take any steps to conclude the trial, despite the petitioner is co-operating with the trial.

3.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court finds that the case is pending from the year 2017 and PW1 was examined on 07.11.2017 and thereafter yet to be cross examined. In view of the same, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial, within a period of three months, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of normal functioning of the court, whichever is later. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
