2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The private respondents herein already filed writ appeals in W.A.Nos.3693, 3689, 3688, 3604 and 3606 of 2025 and those appeals having been entertained and pending before this Court.

4. Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 5th and 6th and Mr.S.Prabakaran, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.MA.Gowthaman, takes notice for respondents 18 to 21. They do not have any objection in condoning the delay. As the private respondents already filed appeals and ultimately the proposed appeal also going to be heard by tagging the same along with the pending writ appeals, notice to the private respondents at this condoning delay stage is dispensed with.

5. In view of the same, this condone delay petition is ordered.
