This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.12.2022. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.1329 of 2022 and the matter has been referred to the RDO to conduct proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. It was further submitted that enquiry is now pending before the RDO, Guindy. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guindy, Chennai, to call the parties for an enquiry and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with Section 145 Cr.P.C., within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
