[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to file writ appeal challenging the order of the writ court dated 04.11.2025 dated W.P.No.8916 of 2025.

As the present petitioners are third parties, who are affected parties because of the impugned order, it has become necessitated for them to challenge the said order and for the said purpose they seek leave of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Since it is only a grant leave petition, having satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and leave is granted.
