ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2021 to measure, survey and fix the boundaries for the lands comprised in survey No.169/1C to an extent of 0.31 cents, in survey No.169/2C to an extent of 0.64 cents and the vacant land comprised in survey No.156/2, New survey No.156/65 to an extent of 1222 sq.ft. situated at Mayampadi Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Kallakurichi District, as per the Settlement Deed dated 06.01.2014 vide Document No.21/2014 on the file of the SRO, Vadakkannanthal and also to issue patta for the same, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard, Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 02.02.2021 to survey the land and fix the boundaries in respect of the property comprised in survey No.169/1C to an extent of 0.31 cents, in survey No.169/2C to an extent of 0.64 cents and the vacant land comprised in survey No.156/2, New survey No.156/65 to an extent of 1222 sq.ft. situated at Mayampadi Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Kallakurichi District, as per sale deed dated 06.01.2014 registered vide document No.21 of 2014, before the third respondent.

Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to survey the petitioners' property comprised in survey No.169/1C to an extent of 0.31 cents, in survey No.169/2C to an extent of 0.64 cents and the vacant land comprised in survey No.156/2, New survey No.156/65 to an extent of 1222 sq.ft. situated at Mayampadi Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Kallakurichi District, as per sale deed dated 06.01.2014 registered vide document No.21 of 2014, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fee.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
