(RC.NO.MA.1/2007/A/0055) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the conditions that he should report before the trial court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calendar Month imposed by order dated 13.02.2020 in Cr.M.P.No.1925 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.101 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 13.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.1925 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.101 of 2020 that the petitioner should appear before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen and Chronic Diabetic Patient and also suffering from various other ailments and thereby, he finds it difficult to appear before the Trial Court during the prevailing pandemic situation. He would further submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition. Hence, he seeks for relaxation.

3. Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases appearing for the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration the above facts and submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 13.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.1925 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.101 of 2020 is modified to that the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in every three months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m. starting from May 2021, until further orders. -sd/- 23/03/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
