The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to call for the records and quash the impugned FIR in Cr.No.9/2014 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Charge Sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.121 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakonam.

petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
