(CR.NO.660 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. in Crl.MP.NO. 13608 of 2021 in Crl.OP.NO. 20402 of 2021 dated 20-12-2021 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P. PARTHI KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13608 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20402 of 2021 dated 20.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
