O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 01.04.2013.

2. Heard Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 01.04.2013 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 29.03.2014. A copy of the closure report has been submitted.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
