This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 24.11.2016 as per the order dated 03.09.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate -6, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.18937 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in in Crime No.3 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 106,420, 120 B, 294(b), 506(1) of IPC was registered. Hence nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the FIR has already been registered, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary. 30.01.2023 Sma To
