This petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer as in Crime No.537 of 2024, Kandili Police Station, Kandili, Tirupathur District instead of in Crime No.302 of 2024 Pallikonda Police Station, Pallikonda, Vellore District and further, bail to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur instead of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore made in Crl.O.P.No.26152 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.26152 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner, by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26152 of 2024.
