ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the Statutory Appeal filed under Section 152(2)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983.

2. Mr.P.R.Arumugam, who is suffered an order dated 06.03.2018 passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2027-16 V

(1), in and by which, the Electricity Employees Cooperative House Construction Society S.L.M./HSC-20 has been wound up, has prepared an appeal under Section 152(2)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 on 08.03.2018. However, the same has not been disposed of so far. Although the appeal has been filed on 08.03.2018, since the Society itself has been wound up, the petitioner sought for early disposal of the statutory appeal.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought three months time to pass final order on the pending appeal.

4. Accepting the request of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, three months time is granted to the first respondent to dispose of the Statutory Appeal filed under Section 152(2)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, by the petitioner on 08.03.2018, on merits and in accordance with law.
