This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to dispose of the Statutory Revision filed under Section 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 29.09.2023 within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the Statutory Revision filed under Section 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the 2/4

petitioner on 29.09.2023 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
