This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27.03.2015 against the named person in the complaint.

2. Heard Mr.I.Abrar Md.Abdullah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner is under enquiry and the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and cooperate with the enquiry. The respondent is directed to conduct a enquiry as expeditiously in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
