Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings of the judgment and decree in OS.No.234 of 2014 on the file of Subordinate judge, Uthangarai dated 17/04/2015 (IN CMP No.3380 of 2017 IN AS.79/2017) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.PANCHATSARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.DHANASEKARAN on behalf of the R1 AND R2 Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 17.04.2015 made in O.S. No.234 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Uthangarai. 2.It is seen that the decree under challenge in this appeal is

one for declaration and consequential permanent injunction. Therefore, there is no question of stay of any further proceedings pursuant to the said decree. If at all the petitioners want an interim order, they could file a petition seeking interim suspension.
