ORDER

Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted relaxation in Crl.M.P.No.1027 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30856 of 2024 dated 27.01.2025. In paragraph No.3 of the said order, although this Court directed to the petitioner to report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 1/4

10:30 A.M., for a period of one month, and thereafter as and when required, the duration period of the relaxation was not specified. Therefore, he seeks modification of the said order.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this order requires modification. In paragraph No.3, after the words "......on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., ....." the following words shall be included "....for a period of one month,....". The modified portion of the paragraph No.3 shall be read as follows:- ".... the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10:30 A.M., for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections in paragraph No.3 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties concerned. It is clarified that the rest of the order shall remain intact. 27-02-2025 klt 2/4
