O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.V.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 15.04.2015 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 31.05.2015. A copy of the closure report has been submitted.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.

5. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
