This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8433 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12830 of 2023, dated 13.06.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in two months till filing the final report.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8433 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12830 of 2023, dated 13.06.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
