Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.24326 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the Kudavasal police station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T. MUTHUKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24326 of 2021, dated 15.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that, after 15.01.2022, the petitioner has not complied with the condition, as per the direction given by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.24326 of 2021.
