(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The present contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.12.2023 made in W.A.No.527 of 2022.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the order of this Court dated 19.12.2023 made in W.A.No.527 of 2022 has been complied with. In this regard, the proceedings of the District Collector dated 23.09.2025 has been produced.
