Issue notice to the respondent returnable by 22.08.2025. Private notice is also permitted.

2. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- directly to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from today and continue to pay the monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent, failing which the order of interim stay stands cancelled automatically.
