Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15354 of 2018 dated 19.06.2018 in Crime No. 213 of 2018 viz. 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.SUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10296 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.15354 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 353, 352 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.213 of 2018 while granting bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court except the second petitioner Rajamanickam.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side),this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as against the petitioners 1,3 to 6 and the petitioners 1,3 to 6 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
