ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

2. Mr.S. Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the 1st respondent and Mr. E. Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

4. The petitioner has filed an application under Section 90 of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 in Case No.1 of 2022-2023 against the 3rd respondent. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said application.

5. Heard Mr.R. Nalliyappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.S. Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader for the 1st respondent and Mr. E. Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the 2nd and 3rd respondents. 2/4

6. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application referred to supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application filed under Section 90 of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 in Case No.1 of 2022-2023, after hearing both the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
