ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Spl.C.C.No.20 of 2020, on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he now confines his prayer for expeditious disposal of the case in Spl.C.C.No.20 of 2020 and he is not pressing the prayer of quashing the proceedings in Spl.C.C.No.20 of 2020, on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore .

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore is directed to dispose of the case in Spl.C.C.No.20 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
