This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court on 21.12.2017 in WP.No. 33437 of 2017 has not been complied with.

2. After notice, today the matter is taken up for further hearing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Contemnor submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, by issuing the proceedings dated 14.09.2018 by the respondent herein. He has also produced a copy of the said order.

4. Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order in appropriate proceedings, if the said order is passed against the interest of the petitioner.
