ORDER

This Criminal Appeal is filed against the order of dismissal of bail petition filed by the appellant, dated 30.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2095/2024 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Cuddalore and to enlarge the appellant on bail in Cr.NO.130/2024 pending on the file of the second respondent police. 2/5

2. This Court while disposing the Criminal Appeal vide order dated 02.04.2025 granted interim bail to the appellant till 11.04.2025.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the third respondent/defacto complainant is present before this Court in person and submitted that marriage between the appellant and the third respondent was solemnized on 07.04.2025 and that after expiry of the interim bail on 11.04.2025, the appellant is in jail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-police submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court.
