Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to hold an enquiry under Section 151 PSO Act to punish the Kattapanchayatars namely 1) Arokia Ravindaran, Inspector of Police, K3 Police Station, Aminjikarai, Chennai-600 031 and other Kattapanchayatars namely Jeeva @ Jeeva Arathinam, Wife of Deenan Kumar Murali, Viji and Narendran.

ORDER

This petition was filed for a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry under PSO 151 and to punish the accused persons who are the set to run the Kangaroo Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The status report was filed in this case in the year 2015 to the effect that the petitioners did not attend the enquiry and therefore no action could be taken by the respondent police. 3.At this length of time, this Court is not in a position to give a positive direction in this case. If the situation continues it is always left open to the petitioners to give a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, action shall be taken in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
