institution and consequently pass orders as to the grant of approval to the proposal of the third respondent dated 06.10.2010 and approve the appointment of the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher and pay all the arrears of salary with interests from 06.10.2010.

There was no representation for the petitioner on 20.11.2024 and accordingly, it was posted to 27.11.2024 and on 27.11.2024 also there was no representation for the petitioner and accordingly, it was posted 'for dismissal' today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.
2. On the other hand, Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Suresh, learned counsel for the third respondent submits that the petitioner left third respondent-School long back and now working in PM Shree Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Yanam, as Physical Education Teacher.

3. In view of the above factual position, it appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
