[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition to the effect that the Petitioner restricts the prayer in directing the Tribunal to hear the main O.A.No.1491 of 2011 before it and pass orders within a time frame to be determined by this Court. 2.Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court directs the Tribunal to take up the main O.A.No.1491 of 2011 and to dispose of the same on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
