ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.6 of 2013 confirming the order passed in M.C.No.9 of 2010 wherein the Court below has fixed the maintenance amount of Rs.3,000/- payable every month by the petitioner to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considered the materials placed on record.

3.This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below. The Court below have properly applied their mind on the materials placed on record and fixed the maintenance amount of Rs.3,000/- payable by the petitioner to the respondent. There are no grounds interfere with the same.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
