ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking ordinary leave for 30 days for the convict prisoner Elumalai (CT 1688), the petitioner gave a representation and has filed the present petition for a writ of mandamus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the Superintendent, Central Prison, Vellore by order dated 20.04.2022. A copy of the order is furnished to the learned counsel for petitioner across the bar. The respondents are also directed to send a copy of the order dated 20.04.2022 to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 20.04.2022 in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
